Terms & Conditions

1. Your unit is guaranteed against defective material and manufacturing fault for the respective period from the date of registered purchase.

2. It is limited to the normal use of this product. It does not cover any failure or damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, tampering, modification, and un-authorized repair of this product. It does not cover external power supply and consumable parts, etc subject to normal wear and tear.

3. This warranty is limited to repair/replacement of the defective equipment by respective manufacturer and Vectra Pte Ltd, shall not be held responsible, in the event of any natural/man-made disasters, wars, social unrest, industrial dispute, dissolution, bankruptcy, government legislation or acts of god affecting the fulfillment of this warranty.

4. A service fee is chargeable, if faults are not due to defects of product or is subjected to above clause, as determined by our service personnel.

5. Any alteration or false information made on warranty card/product identification will render WARRANTY VOID.

6. Warranty repair/replacement will only be honored upon presentation/verification of valid invoice/receipt from Vectra or Vectra's reseller.
